1. Företagsinformation - Company information 

SWE: För köp som sker på denna webbplats ansvarar Kamiko AB. För information om hur vi hanterar personuppgifter enligt GDPR se paragraf nr 10.

ENG: Kamiko AB is responsible for purchases made on this website. For information on how we handle personal data according to GDPR, see paragraph no. 10.

1. Priser - Prices

SWE: Alla priser anges i svenska kronor och innehåller mervärdesskatt och övriga avgifter. Totalkostnaden för köpet kommer att framkomma tydligt innan slutlig beställning och kommer att inkludera samtliga kostnader förenade med köpet, inklusive eventuella porto- och fraktkostnader. Undantag för detta i enlighet med paragraf 4 nedan. 

ENG: All prices are stated in the national currency of your choice and include value added tax and other charges. The total cost of the purchase will appear clearly before the final order and will include all costs associated with the purchase, including any postage and shipping costs. You can select your country at the bottom of the webpage. This ensures correct costs for your purchase. Exception to this rule can be found as per paragraph 4 below. 

1. Leverans – Delivery

SWE: Vanligtvis kommer varan skickas från oss senast 3 arbetsdagar efter att ordern mottagits. Om varan inte finns i lager är det vår rutin att kontakta kund inom 2 arbetsdagar för att ge en uppdaterad uppskattning på när varan kan förväntas finnas på lager igen; om inte förväntad leveranstid redan tydliggjorts på produktsidan. Vi reserverar oss även full rättighet att häva köp om produkten inte längre finns tillgänglig. Återbetalning för varor kund anmäler försvunnen kommer inte genomföras om spårningen inte styrker detta. 

ENG: Usually the item will be sent from us no later than 3 working days after the order is received. If the item is not in stock, it is our routine to contact the customer within 2 working days to provide an updated estimate of when the item can be expected to be back in stock; unless the expected delivery date is already available on the product page. We also reserve the right to cancel purchases if the product is no longer available. Reimbursement for goods reported missing by the customer will not be carried out if the tracking does not prove this.

1. Frakt – Shipping

SWE: Vi skickar din vara med DHL. Kostnader förenade med frakten anges i samband med köpet. Produkter av högre vikt och dimension kan innebära en ytterligare fraktkostnad även efter man har betalt i kassan. Denna kostnad kan bara beräknas i helhet efter produkten anlänt på vårt lager. Därefter skickas en faktura på kostnaden innan den fraktas. 

ENG: We send your item with DHL. Costs associated with shipping are stated in connection with the purchase. Products of excess weight and dimension may incur extra charge after purchase that may not be included at the checkout. The full cost can only be determined upon arrival to the warehouse and will thereafter be invoiced prior to shipping. 

1. Avbeställning - Cancellations

SWE: Om du önskar att avbeställa en vara: skriv till info@kamiko.se och vi kan genomföra en återbetalning och fullt häva köpet. 

För beställning av pre-orders förbehåller vi oss rätten att häva köp och utföra fullständig återbetalning i situationer där produkten inte längre finns tillgänglig eller av annan anledning ej går leverera till köpare. För specialtillverkade produkt gäller inte konsumentlagen för ångerrätt - köp kan då inte hävas och ingen retur eller återbetalning kan utföras. Detta gäller till exempel på produkter som endast produceras i begränsade upplagor, eller figurer ´som tillverkas vid beställning. Vi kommer försöka upplysa dig om detta i förväg innan beställning görs med våra leverantörer. 

Hävs köp av köparen innan leverans tar vi en beställningsavgift på 20% av det fullständiga priset för produkten. Detta för att hantera särskilda kostnader som uppstår för oss i enlighet med konsumentköpslagen.  

ENG: If you wish to cancel an item: write to info@kamiko.se and we can carry out a refund and fully cancel the purchase.

 For pre-orders, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and make a full refund in situations where the product is no longer available or for other reasons cannot be delivered to the buyer. Note that the consumer law protection is not applicable for certain products; including but not limited to such as limited-run products or on-demand productions. For such items no return will be accepted or full payment issued. We will try to notify you of this if purchase of such product is made, prior to a final order being made with our supplier.

If the purchase is canceled by the buyer before delivery, we charge an order fee of 20% of the full price of the product. This is to cover operating costs and is pursuant to consumer rights law. 

1. Reklamation - Complaints

SWE: Om det föreligger ett fel på varan, bör du inom skälig tid efter att du upptäckt det, meddela oss på info@kamiko.se om felet. Vi kommer då att informera dig om hur du går vidare i ärendet på bästa vis. Du måste alltid kontakta oss för godkännande innan du returnerar en defekt vara. Alla produkter i vårt lager genomgår besiktning innan frakt med dokumentation för dess originalskick. Mindre färgvariationer faller inte inom ramen för reklamation då produkterna tillverkas i fabrik, så vi genomför ingen reklamation eller återbetalning för färgavvikelser.

ENG: If there is an error on the product, you should notify us at info@kamiko.se about the error within a reasonable time after you discover it. We will then inform you on how to proceed in the matter in the best way. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. All products in our warehouse undergo inspection and quality assurance before shipping with documentation for its original condition. Minor color variations do not fall within the scope of complaints as the products are manufactured in a factory, so we do not carry out complaints or refunds for color deviations.

1. Ångerrätt och returer - Cancellation and Return

SWE: Ångerrätten gäller i 14 dagar från det att du som köpare har mottagit varan. Om du vill ångra köpet och returnerar varan i oförändrat skick får du tillbaka köpesumman för varan. Kamiko AB kommer inte stå för returkostnader. Fullständig återbetalning genomförs inte om varan returneras med bruten försegling eller i annat skick än när den lämnade lagret. Du är skyldig att hålla varan i lika gott skick som när du fick den. 

Du får inte använda den, men naturligtvis försiktigt undersöka den. Om varan skadas eller kommer bort på grund av att du är vårdslös förlorar du ångerrätten. Returer ska ske med spårbar frakt och återbetalning sker först då produkten levererats och besiktats av Kamiko AB. På återbetalningsbeloppet förbehåller vi oss rätten att dra av en summa motsvarande värdeminskningen jämfört med varans ursprungliga värde vid använd eller skadad produkt

ENG: The right of cancellation is valid for 14 days from when you, the buyer, have received the item. If you want to cancel the purchase and return the product in unchanged condition, you will receive a refund. Kamiko AB will not be responsible for return costs. A full refund will not be made if the item is returned with a broken seal or in a different condition than when it left the warehouse. You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it.

You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation. Returns must be made with traceable shipping and refunds only take place when the product has been delivered and inspected by Kamiko AB. From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product

1. Betalning - Payment

SWE: Vi kräver betalning för varan från den tidpunkt beställningen görs. Först efter betalning bekräftats utför vi leverans. Du kommer då få en orderbekräftelse, och när varan överlämnats till DHL även en länk för att spåra ditt paket. Resterande betalningar i fall av delbetalningar kommer krävas innan frakt genomförs. Först när full betalning är utförd kommer produkten att skickas. 

ENG: We require payment for the item from the time the order is placed. Only after payment has been confirmed will we make the delivery. For pre-orders with partial payment, remaining sum will be requested once item is received by us and ready to be shipped to the buyer. Upon receipt of full payment pre-order will be fulfilled. You will then receive an order confirmation, and when the item has been handed over to DHL, also a link to track your package.

1. Kortinformation - Card information 

SWE: När du handlar hos oss behandlas betalningen av Klarna eller Shopify Payment, som båda erbjuder elektronisk betallösning för e-handel. Vi erbjuder även betalning genom PayPal.

ENG: When you shop with us, the payment is processed by Klarna or Shopify Payment, which both offer a secure electronic payment solution for e-commerce. We also utilise and offer PayPal.

1. Personuppgifter och GDPR

SWE: Vi behandlar persondata i enlighet med GDPR. I samband med ditt köp godkänner du att vi lagrar och hanterar dina personuppgifter. Vi lagrar de uppgifter som är nödvändiga för att fullfölja avtalet gentemot dig och för att kunna bedriva vår verksamhet. Du har enligt GDPR rätt att få tillgång till den information som vi har registrerat om dig. Om de uppgifter som vi lagrar om dig är irrelevanta, felaktiga eller ofullständiga kan du begära att informationen ska rättas, begränsas eller tas bort, vilket vi gör i den mån det är möjligt enligt gällande lag.

ENG: We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and handle your personal data. We store the information that is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected, limited or deleted, which we will do to the extent possible under applicable law.
