🌸 About Kamiko!
Kamiko was founded and is run by two brothers, Tom and Carl-Ludwig, who has always had a passion and interest for all things pop-culture! The idea to start Kamiko came after a collaboration with a supplier of Japanese anime figures based in the Netherlands. By the end of 2022 Kamiko received the first delivery of 170 figures - many figures of which are very rare in the European Marketplace! The market for anime figures felt saturated so we wanted to offer something more: a hub where you can order all manner of things from anime figures, pop culture merchandise, to even puzzles or Warhammer. While we do not yet have the ability to stock all the items we wish, as our customer base grows so does our stock! Our mission is simple:

We strive to keep the cosplay and convention culture alive by bringing genuine products at a fair price to conventions; pushing out the bootleggers with inflated prices! We aim to host events, big or small, be it an anime-quiz or sponsor miniature-painting sessions! We established a Discord server to unite a diverse range of people from all corners of the Nerd Kingdom, and do our best for you to find new shows, make new friends, or learn new tricks!

🧸 What is Kamiko's Product Range?
At Kamiko we currently host over 25.000 products available to order! The products range from anime figures and FunkPop to replica swords and small merchandise.

Most of these products will be available to order through our pre-order system. That means they are not products we currently hold in stock, but lay available to order with varying delivery times. Some pre-orders are open over a year in advance, while we have other products you can expect in less than 3 weeks!

Our range is growing continuously, and with your continued support we can host the worlds largest selection of collectibles and hobby products!
⚔️ Warhammer Inquiries & How To Pre-Order Warhammer at Kamiko
Kamiko is an official retailer of Warhammer! That means through us you have access to their entire catalog; including paints, brushes, and accessories.

We are still a small business, and most products are delivered on order. The expected delivery time from GamesWorkshop is 2 weeks! Our big dream is to stock every Warhammer set in their catalog, and be able to ship it on a days notice straight to you!

We aim to upload the weekly releases as soon as the images are made available to retailers! This usually happens on Thursday, and we strive to have all the latest news fully uploaded on our website by Friday.

You can best find the new releases on the “Weekly Release” sub-menu.

If you are a regular customer you can reach out to us directly on Sunday after the Sunday Preview! That way we can reserve your product first thing on Monday morning when we receive the order sheet. Our orders are put through Wednesday every week.
🥺 Can I Request For a Product To Be Stocked?
Although we already have over 25.000 products available to order – we actually have access to MANY more products than we can currently afford to host on our website!

If you have requests for certain items or products, feel free to reach out to us and we can discuss arrangements and the necessary MOQ (Minimum order quantity) for delivery.
❓ What Is Currently In Stock?
At the moment we have a selection of a few hundred products in stock, and you will be able to sort our website by stock levels. This ranges from a selection of Warhammer sets, popular anime figures, and merchandise!

With your continued support, on our website and at conventions, we will be able to grow from hundreds of products, to measuring in thousands!
🗓 When Can I Expect My Order to Arrive?
The expected delivery times are displayed in the thumbnail on the main page, and also on the right-hand side on the product page itself.

Products we have in stock we aim to ship within 24h. Products available with our distributors will be ready to ship within 2-3 weeks. This is applicable for both Warhammer and our other products.

We reserve that the delivery times are estimates and may change. In cases of severe delay we will do our best to inform of this change.
💳 What Payment Methods Does Kamiko Accept?
We offer a wide range of options for all our customers!

You can select to pay partial payment. This option allows you to pay 20% deposit on your order, with the remainer 80% to be paid upon delivery of the product to our warehouse. Upon receipt of full payment it will then be shipped to you.

You can also pay in full, either by card or PayPal.

We also offer Klarna payments, but be aware that we are not in control of the final invoice in use of Klarna and you may have to pay your order in full prior to shipment.
🛋️ I Placed An Order With The Wrong Address! Can I Change It?
If you have address change need, please email us at info@kamiko.se: your old address with full name supported by order confirmation followed by the updated shipping details.

This allows us to arrange shipment to a person of another if necessary.

Address change is free of charge within the same country and on condition that we have not already created the shipping label. Please reach out to us in good time to ensure there are no further costs for you. You can reach us at info@kamiko.se.
❌ How Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel an order you can email us at info@kamiko.se your confirmation order and reason for cancellation.

Please read our terms of conditions prior to cancellation, to ensure your product is eligible for refund. We reserve the right to not issue refund on any deposit made.
❗ What Do I Do If I Never Received My Package?
If you never received your package please reach out to us at info@kamiko.se and we will conduct a further investigation of the issue and do our best to resolve the cause for the delay.

We reserve the right to not issue refunds for products with confirmed delivery.
🚶️ How Can I Arrange For a Free Pickup?
If you wish to pick up your item at our physical location you can either do so during our opening hours, or make prior arrangements by reaching out to us at info@kamiko.se
📊 What is Allocation?
Certain products, such as trading card games like Magic the Gathering and Pokemon, have limited printing runs. This means that sometimes our distributor cannot delivery the full volume of orders. When this occur, products are allocated on a “First come”-basis.

By this we will prioritize customers based on order date. So even if you made a larger order, customer who made orders first will receive their product first.
💸 Why Are Your Prices Slightly Higher Than Japan's Prices?
Unfortunately we cannot maintain or compete with Japanese prices, and the reasons are simple. The European market is much smaller, making supply and demand push the prices up. The import with taxes, fees, import duties, and shipping also increases the costs.

We refuse to offer anything but licensed products. Genuine products comes at an increased cost compared to the cheaply made bootlegs many other retailers operate on.

However, at the increased cost comes better protection and service for you! We offer better terms of sale; you can easily return products or cancel your order. When you buy your products from Kamiko specifically you also support the larger community we are all a part of! The Japanese retailers are not showing up to conventions in Europe; but we are!
🔒 Does Kamiko Sell Genuine Products?
We only sell genuine and licensed products! Most of our distributors have their own stickers on the boxes as a certification of authenticity; but if you have any further queries on the legitimacy of any product you have ordered from us you can reach out to us at info@kamiko.se
🔢 Do You Have MOQ on Products Not In Your Catalog?
We have access to thousands of products that we currently do not host on our website, largely due to MOQ (Minimum order quantity) issued by our distributors.

Products we have access to include: Pokemon Cards, Army Painter, Vallejo, Warlord Games, many TCG and so much more!
